Frequently asked questions about Wasoria Pilot

What data does Wasoria Pilot bring together?
Wasoria Pilot gathers the data from the Wasoria Boxes installed on your lines: live video, detections, material flows, alerts and characterizations. Monitoring, analysis and reporting all happen in a single application.

Where is the data processed?
On a Wasoria server installed in your sorting center. Wasoria Pilot connects to it over the site's local network. For poorly connected sites, reports and exports can also be copied to a USB drive.

How are teams notified of an alert?
The alert appears in real time in Wasoria Pilot, ranked by severity. When a dangerous object is detected, the Wasoria Box light strips also turn red on the line. Each alert opens on its color and thermal images and a video clip of the event.

Can we define our own alerts?
Yes. You create triggers that monitor a flow continuously: drift in purity, composition, distribution between lines or particle size. For each one, you set the severity thresholds, the observation window and the evaluation frequency.

What reports can be produced?
A drag-and-drop editor lets you build reports from composition charts, material balances, indicators and alerts. They export as PDF or CSV and can be generated and emailed on a recurring schedule.

Does Wasoria Pilot work with Wasoria Characterization?
Yes. Characterizations carried out on the Wasoria Characterization bench are followed in Wasoria Pilot: guided process, weighing, review of results and full history.

How do teams get started with the tool?
Wasoria trains your staff to use the application. Built-in interactive tutorials then guide users step by step through each module. The application updates automatically, presents what is new with each version and lets users contact Wasoria support directly.
