Legally sold for culinary use, these canisters are often thrown into recycling bins after use instead of being taken to a waste collection center.

How are dangerous objects spotted on the conveyor?
The Wasoria Box, mounted on a gantry above the conveyor, combines a high-resolution color camera and a thermal sensor. Its artificial intelligence continuously analyzes the flow and identifies dangerous objects in real time.
How reliable is the detection?
More than 99% of gas cylinders and nitrous oxide cartridges are detected, a rate certified by Elcimaï. For lithium batteries, our gantries detect up to 80% of those present in the flows.
What happens when a dangerous object is detected?
Operating staff are alerted immediately, through a mobile notification and in Wasoria Pilot. Depending on your center's configuration, the information is sent to the PLC to trigger the object's extraction before it reaches high-risk areas such as baling presses.
Does the sorting line need to be modified to install the gantries?
No. The gantries are installed above your existing conveyors, usually during maintenance periods or outside production hours. Wasoria Pilot then communicates with the PLCs of your sorting line.
How can I demonstrate risk control to my insurer?
Every detected object is recorded in Wasoria Pilot. You have a history and figures on detected and extracted objects to present during your safety audits and your discussions with your insurer.
