Looking for waste industry events 2026 where you can meet the Wasoria team? From October to December, we will attend three events in France: the 40th AMORCE Congress in Lyon on 7–9 October, Bpifrance's BIG at the Accor Arena in Paris on 8 October, and STEP by Pollutec at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (Hall 1) on 1–2 December.
Three opportunities to talk in practical terms about sorting, worker safety and the performance of sorting centers.
Waste industry events 2026: where to find us
7–9 October: 40th AMORCE Congress, Lyon
The AMORCE Congress takes place at the Centre de Congrès de la Cité internationale in Lyon. AMORCE, the French network of local authorities and professionals working on waste, energy and water, brings together local governments, businesses and partners around the ecological transition and local public services.
It is a key event for us: the waste management syndicates and local authorities that run sorting centers come to discuss waste management, the circular economy and practical ways to improve regional performance.
8 October: Bpifrance BIG, Paris
BIG, the flagship event of Bpifrance, the French public investment bank, returns to the Accor Arena in Paris. BIG gathers entrepreneurs, manufacturers and innovation players.
We will bring a question that has guided our work since Wasoria was founded: how can technology address the very practical challenges faced on the ground, in our case by sorting operators?
1–2 December: STEP by Pollutec, Paris
STEP, the Ecological Transformation Show by Pollutec, takes place at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 1. It is the meeting place for environmental solutions for industry and local authorities.
Wasoria will present its technologies for dangerous object detection, sorting quality monitoring and performance management.
What we will show at these events
At each event, the team can show you how our tools fit into an existing sorting line without disrupting operations:
- the Wasoria Box, a unit mounted on a gantry above the conveyor that combines an RGB camera, a thermal sensor and embedded AI to analyze every object in real time;
- the detection of dangerous objects (lithium batteries, gas cylinders, nitrous oxide canisters) before they start a fire or stop the line;
- Wasoria Pilot, the supervision platform that turns this data into dashboards, indicators and alerts to monitor sorting quality.
To learn more before your visit, explore our dangerous objects management solution, how the Wasoria Box works and the Wasoria Pilot platform.
Book a meeting on site
Do you run a sorting center, prepare a project for your waste syndicate or advise local authorities? The easiest way is to book a slot in advance, so we can prepare the discussion around your waste streams and operating constraints.
More events are in preparation and will be announced soon.
